Tonya Gayman Rubin, MSPA-C is a certified physician assistant who practices both medical and cosmetic dermatology. Originally from southwestern Pennsylvania, Ms. Rubin graduated summa cum laude from California University of Pennsylvania, where she was honored with the 2012 Excellence in Biological Sciences Award as well as being named the 2012 Outstanding Woman in Environmental and Biological Sciences. She moved to the Lehigh Valley in 2019 after completing her graduate degree at Alderson Broaddus University, where she received the Frank Baum Scholarship for Outstanding PA student and the Charles Arnett, MD Award for Clinical and Academic Excellence. Upon graduation, she was inducted into Pi Alpha Honor Society for Physician Assistants.

Ms. Rubin is a fellow member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Pennsylvania Dermatology Physician Assistants. She is also a diplomate member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants; she has attended multiple SDPA conferences and was selected into their Fall 2024 Emerging Scholar Program.

Ms. Rubin has been practicing dermatology since moving to the area and has a particular passion for managing chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis and eczema. In her free time, Ms. Rubin enjoys hiking, kayaking, and gardening, as well as spending time with her husband, daughter, and two rescue dogs.
