Mrs. Bollinger was born in Bethlehem, PA. Graduated from Pleasant Valley high School and attended Kings College in Wilkes-Barre, PA. Graduating Cum Laude in May, 2004 with a Bachelors degree of science in Medical studies, and a minor in Biology and Health Care Administration. Mrs. Bollinger also earned her CDC Epidemiology in 2003. Mrs. Bollinger then graduated in 2005 with her masters of Science degree in Physician Assistant from Kings College. While attending Kings College Mrs. Bollinger was a member of the CHI ALPHA EPSILON Honor Society and was awarded the Ruhy Key in March 2004 for academic leadership and excellence. Mrs. Bollinger was certified through the MCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants), and is licensed through the state of Pennsylvania to practice as a Physician Assistant. Mrs. Bollinger is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Pennsylvania Society of Physician Assistants and the Society of Dermatology Physicians Assistants.
